Aditi Shrivastava, CFA
Head - I3N

With the ambition to create a widespread culture of impact investing, Aditi engages with HNIs, family offices and funds, and brings them the most scalable and impactful young enterprises for mentoring and investment. She works closely with entrepreneurs as well, advising them on their investment approaches, business models and pitches.

Prior to joining Intellecap in 2011, Aditi was at Goldman Sachs in New York, specializing in quantitative equity research, trading and portfolio management. She also served as a board member on American India Foundation's young professional's board where she discovered a passion for the development space.

Aditi has a degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Princeton University, and is a CFA (USA) charter holder. Outside of work, she loves to travel and learn different dance forms.

Sohil Shah
Enterprise Scouting Specialist

Sohil is an Investment Banking professional with around 5 years of experience in the US and India. Prior to joining us, he has worked with companies like Bloomberg and Crucible Capital Group in New York and Fortune Financial Services in Mumbai. Most recently, he worked as a Senior Analyst at Bank of America where he focused on sell-side M&A advisory for the healthcare sector.

He has a BE in Electronics Engineering from University of Mumbai and a MSE in Finance from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Darren Lobo
Enterprise Scouting Specialist – Africa

Darren has a Masters in Rural Management from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar and Bachelor's in Commerce from Sydenham College of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai. Darren is a Co-founder of Grassroutes Journeys, a community based rural tourism venture. He is also a sports enthusiast and is a junior international hockey player.

At Intellecap, Darren has been working for the last year with the Sankalp Team, managing the Sankalp Awards process. At I3N, Darren will focus on enterprise sourcing and screening for both East Africa and India

Anurag Agrawal
CEO - Intellecap

Anurag Agrawal is a Director and the Chief Executive Officer of Intellecap. Anurag was one of the key people responsible for the genesis of I3N. He oversees the team closely, advising on all operational aspects of running the network.

In a career spanning more than a decade, Anurag set up and built Intellecap's Investment Banking Practice Area with a specific focus on assisting early and growth-stage multiple bottom-line enterprises to raise capital. He has worked with several socially oriented investors assisting them in identifying suitable impact investment opportunities and facilitating investment transactions. Anurag has the unique distinction of working with most of the leading microfinance institutions in India and has helped many of these institutions in their fund raising efforts.

Before joining Intellecap, Anurag worked at ICICI Bank in the Cash Management and Operations Department. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Commerce Degree from Madras University, Chennai (India), and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from TA Pai Management Institute, Manipal (India).

Vineet Rai
Founder and Chairman - Intellecap

Vineet is the Founder and Chairman of Intellecap, and the MD CEO of Aavishkaar. He is the biggest cheerleader of I3N, and advises the team on long-term strategy and vision.

Vineet has over 18 years of experience in leading innovative interventions in the development sector and brings a unique understanding of enterprise based development approach through his pioneering interventions in venture capital, micro enterprises, microfinance investments and social investment banking. He founded Aavishkaar, the fund advisory company providing advisory support to Aavishkaar I & II Rural investment funds as well as Aavishkaar-Goodwell I & II Microfinance focused funds..

Vineet has received numerous awards including the G 20 SME Finance Award, and the UNDP-IBLF World Business Award on behalf of Aavishkaar. He has also received the Ashoka Fellowship and Honorary Membership of XLRI Alumni Association.

Sutapa Banerjee
Senior Advisor - Intellecap

With over 23 years of experience in the financial services industry across 2 large multinational banks –ANZ Grindlays and ABN AMRO and a boutique Indian Investment bank -- Ambit, Sutapa spent the last 16 years in building and leading businesses of banks. She is well recognised as a thought leader in the Wealth Management industry having headed and successfully built from scratch and the Private Wealth businesses in both ABN AMRO Bank and Ambit Capital in the last 11 years. Sutapa was voted as one of the ‘Top 20 Global Rising Stars of Wealth Management’ by the Institutional Investor Group in 2007, being the only Indian and one of only two winners from Asia. Recently she led Ambit Private Wealth to ‘Best Private Bank in India’ in the 2023 AsiaMoney polls. She has been a speaker in many national and international seminars in the Private Wealth space and has been actively profiled and quoted in both the print media and television. Sutapa was shortlisted in the ’50 most Powerful Women in India’ by Fortune India in 2012.
