It wasn't always smooth sailing for the happy couple. They started dating in 2012 but called it quits as Pippa moved on with financier Nico Jackson. Clearly, they couldn't stay away from each other for too long -- the couple got back together at the end of 2015 after they were spotted enjoying a romantic getway in St. Barts.
