Personal life:
Ratri was born on 27 october 1992 in Massachusetts, United states to Mr.( BG )Samar sen who is a Brigadier of Indian Army/Infantry and Late Smt. Sagarika ray sen who was a classical Vocalist who died early when Ratri was only eight months of age.
She is an alumnus of South Carolina Governor’s school for Science and Mathematics. She is aBachelor degree receiver from Cambridge university in mathematics and physics. Although, she was a dynamic student and wanted to pursue her career in Physics but opt to take English literature and Language for her Master’s degree. Henceforth, she received a Master’s Degree from Cambridge University in English Literature and Language with flying colours.
Career
Ray sen started her carrier at a tender age of 17 as an Intern with HSBC GLOBAL NYC.” A self motivating individual with exceptional business knowledge” shared by her ex-mentor Mrs. Alka Williams.
Ray sen got promoted as Assistant Manager, Training and Corporate communication followed by Deputy Manager training in the year 2012. She was designated as Senior Manager Training Learning and Development for HSBC Global in the year 2013 january.
Ratri ray sen is one of the certified diamond facilitator from HSBC global (worldwide). Because of her exceptional and incredible managerial skills with business knowledge, HSBC honoured her as the Vice President for the department Training ( learning and development) and corporate communication in the year 2014.

Present projects :
Ratri is currently leading the introduction of HSBC’s Learning Diagnostic solution. With large companies spending $30-$50 million per year on decentralized corporate training programs, HSBC’s Learning Diagnostic can achieve corporate learning objectives at 20-50% lower cost. The four- to six-week diagnostic program evaluates a company’s learning organization, and then develops recommendations for potential outsourcing and consolidation. The solution is helpful for any company that wants to reduce overall costs and improve efficiency while still allowing for training that is aligned with specific business units’ strategies.
