The Automated Telephone Notification Service
 
It is possible to receive request pickup and overdue notices via the Automated Telephone Notification Service.
You'll receive an automated telephone call from your library for request pickup and overdue notices if you choose this option in My Account. Click on 'Modify Personal Information'. Choose the button for Telephone.
You will be called via the Automated Telephone Notification Monday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
The Automated Telephone Notification can accommodate an answering machine or voicemail.

Available methods of Library Notification:
Email Notification​-To receive your notices via email, use My Account to choose, edit or delete your email address under 'Modify Personal Information'.
Automated Telephone Notification​-To receive your notices via telephone, use My Account to choose Telephone notification under 'Mondify Personal Information.'
Or contact your local library to change your telephone number or enable or disable Automated Telephone Notification.
U.S. Mail Notification​- To receive your notices via mail use My Account to choose Postal Mail notification under 'Modify Personal Information.' .
Or contact your local library to make changes to your mailing address or to choose postal mail.
All bills for lost or long overdue items are delivered via U.S. mail.
