This site is built using Free and Open Source softwares (see FSF or OSI, respectively) and also reflects a commitment to accessibility, usability, and browser compatibility. 
An overview of aspects of this site includes:
  • Free and Open Source software. This site is hosted using the Apache Web Server on the Linux platform.
  • Web Standards.  This site is built using W3C standards for XHTML and CSS.

  • Accessibility.  This site is built using technologies to make it more accessible to those with using alternative browser technologies, such as people with visual impairments or PDAs and cell phones.
