Q: I subscribed. Why am I not receiving any e-mails?
Check to see that you have typed in your e-mail address correctly. If your e-mail address was correct, check that you have returned your confirmation e-mail. You will not receive the BBC Daily E-mail until you have replied to this. If you did not receive the confirmation e-mail or deleted it before replying, then please send an e-mail with a brief description of the problem to dailyemail@bbc.co.uk

Q: Some of the links within my e-mail don’t work. Why not?
Your e-mail application may not allow some URLs to fit on one line, hence when you click on the URL you get an error. If this is the case, copy and paste the entire link address in your browser’s address field. If you are experiencing other problems please forward your e-mail together with details of your browser, e-mail application and Internet Service Provider to dailyemail@bbc.co.uk

Q: Why am I told that my e-mail address is already in use?
A: If you are told that your e-mail address is currently in use please check to see that you have typed your address correctly. If wish to resume receiving the e-mail because you have unsubscribed in the past, you do not need to set up a new user account but simply log in using your e-mail address and password and select the re-activate option. If you have forgotten your password, you can request it to be resent to you from the log in page.

Q: Why don’t I get any e-mails at the weekend?
You can choose to receive your BBC Daily E-mail every day or just Monday to Friday. You can check what you have chosen in your user profile

Q: I am going on holiday. Can I stop my e-mails for a short time?
To temporarily suspend your subscription you will need to unsubscribe from the daily e-mail. Your details will be maintained so to re-activate you simply log in using your e-mail address and password and follow the instructions. You do not need to set up a new account.

Q: How do I sign up to more than one e-mail?
The current BBC Daily E-mail trial is set up so that users can only subscribe to one e-mail edition per e-mail address. If you wish to subscribe to more than one edition you will need to set up an account using a different e-mail address

Q: How do I change the time that my e-mail arrives?
You can choose the time that your e-mail is sent in your user profile. E-mails are based on local time depending on the time zone you selected when you signed up. If you need to change your time zone, use the “Click here to change your registration details” option at the top of the user profile page

Q: How do I unsubscribe?
To unsubscribe from the BBC Daily E-mail you will need to log in using your e-mail address and password and hit the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the page. Your details are maintained should you wish to re-activate your account at any time. To do this, simply log in and follow the re-activate instructions.
