Short description of the institution:
Open Vlacc is since 1987 the bibliographic database for
public libraries in Flanders. It holds the greater part of the collections of
every public library in Flanders. Descriptions and additional information on
and about library materials (data and metadata) are shared with local and
provincial library systems.
Cultuurconnect coordinates and optimises data entry
in Open Vlacc and supports the exchange of the data.
