Meet Your Mate in the SouthBeach Dating Game!

On the GeoCities Mainstage every Monday at 6PM, PST!

Who says there's no such thing as cyber-chemistry? In the SouthBeach Dating Game you'll get to know your neighbors, have some fun and maybe even find yourself a virtual love connection.

The success of our premiere episode of the Dating Game on Monday, December 2, has led us to turn it into a weekly feature. All GeoCities members (from all neighborhoods, not just SouthBeach) are invited to apply for the SouthBeach Dating Game. It's easy -- just tell us a little about yourself by filling out this short questionnaire. We're looking for fun-loving, outgoing people who will be willing to bare their souls (and probably get a little silly) in front of their neighbors. We'll choose one guest who will get to pick his/her mate from the eligible members to appear in the online audience. The guest must be familiar with the use of chat rooms, and be able to type fast.

The Mainstage Chat Room opens up fifteen minutes before a scheduled event and is a moderated chat room - not everything the audience says will be seen, and comments will not appear immediately on the screen.

Here's how the game works: The guest asks the contestants two - three questions about themselves. All the eligible members of the audience are allowed to fall all over themselves trying to impress the guest with their answers. The guest will then pick three finalists from the audience and ask them one last question. He or she will then choose the person he or she would most like to hook up with. Everyone has a chance at making a cyber love connection so come try your luck at the show!

The guest will win a T-shirt and both the guest and his or her winner will get a cute "I played on the GeoCities Dating Game!" graphic to display on their pages.

So come on - what are you waiting for? Fill out that questionnaire and get ready to meet the GeoCitizen of your dreams!
