SCOTCH HOLIDAY

  • 2 oz. The Famous Grouse
  • 1 oz. Cherry Brandy
  • 1 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 oz. Italian (Sweet) Vermouth
  • 1/2 white of Egg
  • slice of Lemon (garnish)

  • Shake well together with ice and strain into a chilled Old-Fashioned glass.
  • Garnish with the lemon slice.
