The Publican's Tipple:

SCOTCH HOLIDAY

2 oz. The Famous Grouse
1 oz. Cherry Brandy
1 oz. Lemon Juice
1/2 oz. Italian (Sweet) Vermouth
1/2 white of Egg
slice of Lemon (garnish)

Shake well together with ice and strain into a chilled Old-Fashioned glass.
Garnish with the lemon slice.
