- 2 oz. The Famous Grouse
- 1 oz. Cherry Brandy
- 1 oz. Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz. Italian (Sweet) Vermouth
- 1/2 white of Egg
- slice of Lemon (garnish)
- Shake well together with ice and strain into a chilled Old-Fashioned glass.
- Garnish with the lemon slice.
