• Any GeoCities homesteader whose site meets our Content Guidelines is eligible. Your banner will show up on other homesteaders' pages as long as your site gets seven qualified visits per day.
• If you're already a participant in our Featured Home Page program, you're eligible to join a special, enhanced program.

• Complete our simple registration form.
• Once we've reviewed your site, we will send you e-mail with instructions on how to create a banner slot atop your home page and build your own custom banner. If you can't build the banner yourself, we've recruited some of your fellow homesteaders who have volunteered to help you out!
