Password Utility

If you have just signed up for a free home page and have not received your Welcome Letter and Password, go to the Signup Trouble Page for help.

The Password Utility will automatically email your password to the email address that we have in your Profile.

If the Password Utility does not work, then there are two possible problems:

1. You entered your primary email address incorrectly into your Profile. Whenever you change the email address on your account, a new password is automatically created and sent to that address. In this case, your new password is sent to an invalid email address.

2. You have changed email (or Internet) providers and can no longer receive email at the account on record.

If either of these is the case, then you can sign-up for another home page. Your new (or correct) email address will be accepted in your application, but you will have to choose a new member name.
