psnw : what's new

ProtoSource Corporation Goes National
ProtoSource has entered into agreements with two national backbone providers allowing us to offer our services to a national audience. In the past, our services were only available in California's Central Valley. Now, as a result of these agreements, we have the ability to provide dial-up and other related Internet access services in over 85% of the United States to individuals and businesses in over 270 cities nationwide.

CEO, Raymond Meyers, believes that "those Internet users that decide to join the ProtoSource family will benefit greatly from our history of providing value oriented, customer responsive Internet services. There are many Internet Service Providers, but very few offer the level of customer service we do."

Now, when traveling away from home, you will still be able to access your account. Just give us a call, and we'll provide you with the dial-up number of the area you're visiting and assist you in setting up the new connection. It's just that simple. In addition, we've added another new convenience of interest to travelers, "Web Based E-mail," read all about it below.

Web Based E-mail
We are pleased to announce a convenient new service for our subscribers, which makes it easy to access your e-mail from anywhere on the planet. "Web Based E-mail" allows you to check your e-mail from any Internet connection using only a Web browser. For instance, if you're visiting a friend or relative who uses an Internet Service Provider other than PSNW, and you would like to check your email — no problem. Simply visit our Web E-mail page at http://webmail.psnw.com and log on using your usual e-mail account name and password. For example, if your e-mail address is user@psnw.com and your password is 1234, you will need to enter user in the area labeled "login" and 1234 in the area labeled "password."

Click here to check your e-mail now.

Upgrade of Telephone System
ProtoSource Network recently installed an automatic answering telephone system allowing us to route our calls more efficiently. This upgrade gives us the ability to provide a higher level of technical support and customer service. We have also implemented direct dial-in lines for our entire staff. For a list of department extension numbers, or if you have any questions, please visit our contact page.

ProtoSource Affinity Program
In an effort to attract more users to the ProtoSource family, we are launching our new Affinity Program. ProtoSource Affinity is a program designed to provide nonprofit organizations, member-based associations, and employer groups with the ability to offer quality Internet services to their members, employees, and supporters at below-market rates. Qualifying groups are defined as large groups of people with a common interest tied together by an organization, such as a trade association, charitable organization, credit union, or school district. This program also allows participating organizations to enjoy on-going residual income from the sale of these services.

In addition to nonprofit organizations and member-based associations, the ProtoSource Affinity program can be adapted to offer these same services to employees of both large and small companies nationwide. Participating companies will be able to offer their employees quality Internet services at discounted rates through a group plan at no cost to the employer.

If your association or company could benefit from an Affinity Program, please call our Affinity Sales Group at 559.650.9711 or e-mail us at affinity@psnw.com and let us tailor an Affinity Plan to fit your organization's needs, today.
