Service Announcement

The Yahoo! Bill Pay service is being discontinued. If you are already a registered user you may continue to use the service as you have in the past until September 14, 2007. No payments may be scheduled to occur after September 14, 2007 including recurring payments. You will have access to your Bill Pay account through October 31, 2007 to review past transactions and download your transaction history. All Yahoo! Bill Pay accounts will be automatically cancelled on November 1, 2007.

Your Yahoo! ID will not be affected by canceling your Yahoo! Bill Pay account, you may continue to use the same Yahoo! ID for any other Yahoo! service you have subscribed to after your Yahoo! Bill Pay account has been canceled.

The timeline for the shutdown of Yahoo! Bill Pay is as follows:

Until September 14, 2007 - All billing services and functionality of Yahoo! Bill Pay will remain available. This will be the last day that transactions will be processed through Yahoo! Bill Pay. Any recurring payments scheduled to occur after May 14, 2006 will be canceled.

Starting September 15, 2007 – Yahoo! Bill Pay will no longer process any bills, including recurring bills. For active customers (those who have used the service to make a payment during the six months prior to June 15, 2007), the Yahoo! Bill Pay web site will be available through October 31, 2007, solely to view or download your account information.

October 31, 2007 - This will be the last day that on which registered users will be able to view past activity or to download transaction history. After 11:59 pm (PST) Yahoo! Bill Pay will be completely discontinued. You will no longer be able to access the web site. Your account will be automatically closed.
