1) While a few websites might be created with malware, spyware, and all sorts of other baddies, many are infested at sometime AFTER they have been created and the owner of the site may not know about the issue.
2) If the site is not infested with malware, etc., this may simply be a false-flag, meaning the anti-virus software devs need to fix the software. Send in a error report.
3) You are using Norton, infamous for downloading viruses and storing them until just before the date you are due to renew your subscription. All of a sudden viruses pop up and the user tends to come to the conclusion that their computer or network absolutely NEEDS Norton to be renewed in order to survive the onslaught. Norton is only SLIGHTLY better than using fake anti-virus software from scam sites, if you can really consider Norton to be better at all.
