You'll need to send a formal DMCA take down notice.
For what it's worth, website owners are not legally obligated to put a robot.txt file on their sites, it's a great idea but it's very easy to ignore a robot.txt file.
I went to your site and sent an email from there with my email addy.
And before anyone on this website jumps into this post and gets it all twisted like so many do;
I am not looking to be paid for this, I do not have any "axe" to grind with this website, my offer is made with a genuine intention of helping anyone who does not know how to put together the proper paper work.

I have the same problem, I send emails and they still won't take it down. Do you send the DMCA Claim to info(AT)archive.org ? How can I contact you Jory?

I got your email, I sent a reply.
If you're unsure how to put together a DMCA take down notice let me know and I'll forward you one.
