Junior:  The Champion of the “A” singles flight at the Ball State Fall Classic, Vidovic beat teammate Stefan Hirn, ranked #68 at the time, in the three-set final 2-6, 6-1, 6-3 for that honor.  Also at Ball State only this time in doubles, Vidovic along with Lovre Brajkovic earned the “A” doubles flight title winning the final 8-4 over a duo from Drake.
Sophomore:  Vidovic was named Missouri Valley Conference Player-of-the-Week for the of March 27.  The Croatian recieved First Team MVC Scholar-Athlete honors with his 3.20 GPA.  The transfer won the #3 singles flight at the MVC Individual Championships and was first on the team with 38 victories overall.  In the Fall, Vidovic led the Sycamores with 12 victories that included wins over three Top 100 players including WIlliam & Mary's Trevor Spracklin, Virginia Tech's Fracis Hurt, and Michigan's McCain.  Vidovic went undefeated in the Indiana State Fall Classic and won the consolation draw at the Regional Championships.
Texas El-Paso:  Vidovic finished the season as UTEP's Most Valueable Player with a singles
record of 15-4.  As a freshman, he set a team record of 10 consecutive singles wins at the number 2 and 3 positions.    Vidovic also teamed up with current Sycamore teammate Lovre Brajkovic at UTEP at the num,ber one doubles position for a record of 9-9. Vidovic was named Player of the Week once during the season.
Prep:  Vidovic played once in the Australian Open as a junior.  Vidovic was ranked as one of the top three  junior tennis players in Croatia.  Vidovic won the Croatian doubles title, and as a 16 year old was ranked inside the top 150 of the world ITF junior rankings.
Personal:  Vedran Vidovic was born May 16, 1979.  Vidovic is the son of Anorisa and Dusanka Vidovic.  Vidovic is a business major.
