50,000 Redmi Note handsets sold out in 6 seconds

Xiaomi has successfully completed the flash sales for two smartphones in India. The Mi3 and the Redmi 1S have seen Flipkart’s flash sales in India and combined together, Xiaomi has sold over 10 million handsets in India alone.

Today, Xiaomi has just finished its first flash sale for its latest smartphone, the Redmi Note, at 2PM on December 2. The Redmi Note is a powerful phablet with a budget price tag of Rs 8,999.

As for the ones eyeing the 4G variant of the Redmi Note, (possibly) in the next flash sale on December 9, Xiaomi is expected to hold a sale for the same.
