To both acknowledge institutional and global dynamics that might disadvantage some scholars and encourage those from under-represented parts of the world to contribute to the security conversation, JoGSS is launching a “pre-submission exchange.” Members of the editorial team will offer two rounds of limited feedback to authors based or trained in institutions typically underrepresented in mainstream international relations journals.
