Missing issue claim form

If you have not received an issue (for which you have made payment), first check that it has been published.

If the issue has been published but has not arrived after more than 20 working days (3 weeks) from the original dispatch date, please fill out the form below.

Please note:

• All orders must be prepaid.
• Claims for free replacement of missing issues cannot be considered more than 4 months after publication or date of order, whichever is the later.
• Claims submitted less than 20 working days (3 weeks) from the original dispatch date may be rejected.
