Society members
Belonging to certain learned societies may entitle you to discounted subscriptions on associated journals. The method of payment varies, depending on whether the society has arranged for payment via their own site or payment via Oxford Academic.
Find out more by visiting the homepage of the journal you are interested in and click on 'Subscriptions' or ‘Purchase’ in the navigation bar under the journal title.
In order to access journals for which you have a member subscription you will first need to set up a personal account, and then activate your purchase. Once complete, you will be able to select the journal for which you have a subscription and navigate to the article of interest. If you are prompted for a username and password at any point, please enter the ones you chose for your personal account.
Society administration
As a society administrator you can view and download reports showing membership information by signing into your Oxford Academic account. These reports include:
- full membership lists
- new members
- cancelled or suspended members
- address changes
Reports are standard, but can be tailored on request to best suit a society's requirements. To request access, please contact our Member Services Team.
Society administrators may be offered - or can request - access to their society's membership details, which are held by OUP.
