Amazon's much-anticipated annual Prime Day kicks off June 21 at 3 a.m. EDT and lasts through June 22, which adds up to 48 hours of epic deals on millions of products. Traditionally, Prime Day takes place July, but this isn't the first time it's moved from its usual timing. Last year Prime Day was postponed until Oct. 13 and Oct. 14.

And where Prime Day leads, other retailers follow. Just hours after Amazon announced Prime Day dates, Target announced its Deal Days, which lasts for three days starting June 20 through June 22. Walmart chimed in with this year's Deals for Days Event that offers similar deals at Prime Day prices starting June 20 at 7 p.m. ET.
Despite delays and stiff competition, Amazon more than doubled its sales in 2020, setting the bar high for 2021. With 77% of shoppers saying they plan to shop Prime Day this year, that's not an entirely lofty goal. Last year, top selling products included the iRobot Roomba robot vacuum, MyQ Wireless & WiFi Enabled Smart Garage Door Opener and family games, to name a few.
As for what shoppers will find this year, they can expect deals across every category, including fashion, home, beauty, electronics and more.
