This session is geared towards LibConnect admins and covers setup, importing profiles, and using your LibConnect system. We'll discuss Projects & Tasks as well as Reporting.

- Setting up your LibConnect system including creating accounts
- Setting up LibConnect Profile Types with custom metadata
- Connecting LibConnect to LibCal and LibAnswers
- Importing your LibConnect profiles
- Analyzing Customer Profiles and recording interactions
- Setting up Email Marketing including distribution lists, categories, and more.
- ILS Integration
- Managing unmatched system emails
- Creating Projects with Tasks
- Running Reports
