Finding a session that's right for you

Beginner User

  • You are new to the product and looking for an introduction.

Intermediate Users

  • You have been using the product for a while now and have an understanding of how it works.

Advanced Users

  • You have been using the product for a while now and have an understanding of how it works.
  • You have a basic understanding of HTML and CSS.

Admin Account Level Users

  • You are an admin-level user in your system and can change settings.
  • Build It Session: A project-based session; you will learn how to create something with your product(s). In some cases, an example may be provided to copy into your system.
  • Customization Sessions: Some coding and design, including template customization.
  • Learning Lab: Guest presenters will share projects they have successfully implemented at their library. Following the presentation, a Springy trainer will show you how to set up something similar in your system.
  • Product Demo / Sneak Peek: Get an advance look or overview of a new product or one you don't subscribe to.
  • Setup Sessions: Setting up a product to work for you.
  • Skills Session: Build your skills and knowledge of a product.
  • Training Tidbit: Sessions under 30 minutes that cover an in-depth look or tips and tricks on a specific feature.
  • Workshop: An interactive session with limited attendance; may include pre-session homework.

For our training sessions, we use Zoom. There is a webinar client required for entering the webinar. It will download automatically when joining the webinar or can be downloaded in advance (Zoom Client for Meetings).
