Exemption letter for covid vaccines per religious beliefs & abortive cell usage

by | Sep 29, 2021 | CARM

This exemption letter is a model developed from my research dealing with abortive fetal cells used to develop the Covid vaccines.  You can download an RTF file “Request for Covid Exemption Based On Sincerely Held Christian Beliefs.” An RTF file is designed to be read by all word processing programs. It includes a quote from the United States Bill of Rights. If you are not in America, you can delete that part of the letter. Of course, please feel free to modify it according to your needs.

For informational purposes only, we have provided a link to an article regarding vaccinations and employment titled “Updates To Legal Guidance About Religious Objections to COVID-19 Vaccines.” It is dated November 17, 2021. Of course, if you have any current legal questions or concerns, we recommend that you seek advice from an attorney.

Request for Covid Exemption Based On Sincerely Held Christian Beliefs

Name: _________________________________________

Date: __________________

I, _______________________________________, have been a Christian for _______________, am requesting a religious exemption regarding the Covid 19 vaccination mandate. My sincerely held Christian belief is that I should not benefit from experimentation and testing done on human aborted fetal cells.

  1. “Vindicate the weak and fatherless; Do justice to the afflicted and destitute” (Psalm 82:3).
  2. “Learn to do good. Seek justice. Reprove the ruthless. Defend the orphan. Plead for the widow” (Isaiah 1:17).
  3. “Thus says the LORD, ‘Do justice and righteousness, and deliver the one who has been robbed from the power of his oppressor. Also, do not mistreat or do violence to the stranger, the orphan, or the widow; and do not shed innocent blood in this place” (Jeremiah 22:3).
  4. “He has told you, O man, what is good; and what does the LORD require of you but to do justice, to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God?” (Micah 6:8).
  5.  “This is My commandment, that you love one another, just as I have loved you” (John 15:12).

According to God’s word, “the testimony of our conscience, that in holiness and godly sincerity, not in fleshly wisdom but in the grace of God, we have conducted ourselves in the world” (2 Corinthians 1:12).  In good conscience, I cannot submit to a vaccination mandate from which abortive human cells have been used.

Human Abortive Cell Usage

Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca, Johnson & Johnson, Novavaxab, Sanofi, and Inovio use aborted human cells to test the covid vaccines.  AstraZeneca and Johnson & Johnson used aborted human cells in the development and production of the vaccine. First Amendment

Furthermore, the First Amendment of the Bill of Rights of the United States Constitution says,

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”

Previous Vaccinations

The majority of the vaccines that I have taken were when I was a child/minor, and I had no control over them.  According to the best of my knowledge, any vaccines I have taken since then were not developed using abortive human cells.

Covid Testing

I am willing to be tested for Covid per the requirements of my employer.  I request that if I can demonstrate that I have Covid antibodies, I will be excluded from further testing and vaccination mandates since natural immunity is at least 13 times better than Covid vaccines.

Documentation regarding natural immunity

  1. “SARS-CoV-2-naïve vaccinees had a 13.06-fold (95% CI, 8.08 to 21.11) increased risk for breakthrough infection with the Delta variant compared to those previously infected, when the first event (infection or vaccination) occurred during January and February of 2021…This study demonstrated that natural immunity confers longer lasting and stronger protection against infection, symptomatic disease and hospitalization caused by the Delta variant of SARS-CoV-2, compared to the BNT162b2 two-dose vaccine-induced immunity.” (https://www.medrxiv.org/content/10.1101/2021.08.24.21262415v1)
  2. Israeli Study: natural immunity non-vaccinated and vaccinated: “The new analysis relies on the database of Maccabi Healthcare Services, which enrolls about 2.5 million Israelis. The study, led by Tal Patalon and Sivan Gazit at KSM, the system’s research and innovation arm, found in two analyses that people who were vaccinated in January and February were, in June, July, and the first half of August, six to 13 times more likely to get infected than unvaccinated people who were previously infected with the coronavirus. In one analysis, comparing more than 32,000 people in the health system, the risk of developing symptomatic COVID-19 was 27 times higher among the vaccinated, and the risk of hospitalization eight times higher.” (https://www.sciencemag.org/news/2021/08/having-sars-cov-2-once-confers-much-greater-immunity-vaccine-no-infection-parties)
