Description
Русский: Изображение нейротрансмиссии, задействующей ауторецепторы, расположенные на моноаминовых нейронах. Ауторецепторы, расположенные на дендритах и теле нейрона (верхняя часть нейрона, изображенного слева), в норме ингибируют высвобождение нейромедиатора из аксона данного нейрона (нижняя часть нейрона, изображенного слева). Таким образом, эти ауторецепторы ингибируют поток импульсов через данный нейрон сверху вниз. Моноамины, высвобождаемые из дендритов данного нейрона (верхняя часть нейрона, изображенного в центре), связываются с этими ауторецепторами (верхняя часть нейрона, изображенного справа) и ингибируют поток нервных импульсов в данном нейроне (нижняя часть нейрона, изображенного справа), вопреки отсутствию синаптической нейротрансмиссии.
