No confirmation possible
- If you cannot confirm the license, because you found the image is not existant on Pixabay or is actually from another source, where it is not declared as public domain or CC-0, add this instead (do not replace the {{Pixabay}} tag):

- But note, that due to CC-0 licence the files may be simply be copied. Check the dates if possible, because it may be possible that someone on the other website is committing copy fraud. In uncertain cases start a regular deletion request and describe your doubts ({{Delete}} template).
- Note: On 9 January 2019, Pixabay switched the old sitewide license for all uploads from Creative Commons CC0 to the Pixabay license which does not meet the free content licensing requirements for Commons. Therefore, media published on Pixabay from 9 January 2019 onwards is not considered to be freely licensed and can't be accepted on Commons. Files uploaded to Commons after this date should be subject to careful license review, verifying that the publication date on Pixabay is prior to 9 January 2019. For images published after that date, add this instead (do not replace the {{Pixabay}} tag):
