User rights log

This is a log of changes to user rights, including the deprecated bot status log. This log can be searched using one or both fields.

• Performer: The bureaucrat or administrator who changed the rights (just their name).
• Target: The name of the user whose rights were changed (prefix User: before the name).

The log of desysops is kept on metawiki, and is searchable using m:Special:Log/rights (search usernames in the form User:Username@commonswiki). Rights changes before 2004 are held in the Bureaucrat log.
