Every year, creators from across the region dedicate time and effort to their Ramadan content, which is as versatile as it is entertaining. 

This year, you will laugh with Hadeel and Noor in their new comedy series. Sara from Sara’s Pop Fitness will help you incorporate exercise into your routine during the holy month. While Aya Habib and Chef Hassan will teach you how to master essential and innovative Ramadan recipes. Here is your guide to YouTube in Ramadan this year:  

1Hadeel Marei: Mosalsal Kabsa, a comedy

Hadeel Marei is back this Ramadan with a weekly series on her YouTube channel in which she plays a call center operator who embarks on the road to fame with the help of her two best friends – played by influencer Amy Roko and YouTube creator Noura Majed.

2Noor Stars: The Friends

Noor Stars is the most subscribed creator channel in the Middle East and North Africa. This year for Ramadan she partnered with other YouTube creators for her sitcom-style show The Friends, which follows five friends with very different personalities as they navigate university life. 

3Sara PopFit: Health recipes & exercise routines

Sara’s fitness channel was one of the top new channels of 2020. This Ramadan she will help her viewers stay healthy with videos of delicious and healthy Iftar meals, as well as light exercises to help people stay fit during the holy month. 

4Atyab Tabkha: Experiment in the kitchen 

For those of us who are still new to the kitchen, we will find solace in Atyab Tabkha’s new season of their “Not So Clueless Anymore” series which follows amateur chef Shatha as she takes on Ramadan in her Kitchen in her journey to being a professional chef!
