Edge Holding signs Accor to manage Sofitel Oia Towers hotel at NAC

The real estate developer Edge Holding De- velopments signed an agreement with Accor Hotels to manage Sofitel Oia Towers in the Downtown area of the New Administrative Capital (NAC), the first five-star hotel directly on the Green River.

Edge Holding’s Chairperson Hazem Al- Sherif said that the hotel comprises more than 200 rooms ranging between suites, two rooms, and a room, as well as nearly 300 serviced apartments served and managed by Accor under the name of its brand, Sofitel.

In a press conference, Al-Sherif stated that “Edge Holding is always keen to diversify its in- vestment portfolio by making and developing a hotel that is not for sale in order to stimulate tourism in the NAC and attract more visitors from around the world and achieve a kind of economic and tourist popularity to benefit its customers who have purchased commercial units.”

The Oia Towers project encompasses commercial, administrative, medical units as well as branded apartments. The project spans over ​​12,900 sqm, with a total area of ​​​​22,000 sqm. It consists of two connected towers, and each tower consists of 24 floors and a ground floor, in addition to five underground floors.

The commercial area in the project is managed by Tivoli Dome, the largest commercial area management company in the world. Moreover, the project was designed by YBA Architects to design engineering works for the Oia Towers and is being constructed by SIAC Construction.
