Abstract:
John and Leni Sinclair were leaders of the counterculture movement in Michigan, organizers of radical social, political, and cultural endeavors primarily in the areas of music, poetry, graphic design, and community welfare projects. Materials in this online collection include digitized versions of analog sound recordings held by the Bentley Historical Library.

Donors retain copyright to articles, poetry, and unpublished materials. Researchers may make limited quotations in accordance with the "fair use" provisions of the copyright law. Copyright to the performances of the 1973 Ann Arbor Jazz and Blues Festival has not been transferred to the Regents of the University of Michigan.

Access to digitized sound recordings may be limited to the reading room of the Bentley Historical Library, located on the Ann Arbor campus of the University of Michigan.
