We help ensure policymakers with power over Wall Street and the financial sector act in the public's interest.
We work to elevate regulators who care more about the wellbeing of ordinary people than Wall Street's bottom line, and we fight to ensure that Congress passes laws and conducts oversight to hold the financial sector accountable. We oppose deregulation and consolidation that makes our financial system less sound, and push back against attempts by the finance and tech sectors to normalize exploitative products and systems.

The Agency Spotlight tracks appointments to leadership positions at 39 agencies through the confirmation process and beyond. The Spotlight monitors and exhibits key votes for three prominent agencies — the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
