About the library

Our Library aims to support members of the Royal College of Psychiatrists in their practice by providing easy access to the best resources.

Items in the Rare Books collection and specific reference material are not available for loan, but can be viewed at the College by appointment.

The local library catalogue is available online.

Accessing materials

Can I see live document availability on Library Hub Discover? No.

Can I obtain items via inter-library loan? No - this library does not participate in the inter-library lending scheme.

Can I visit the library to view materials? Non-members may visit the library by prior arrangement with the Librarian and photocopy pages from items held in the College journal or book collection. See the library's contact page.
