During the current restrictions, we are providing bookable individual study space for University staff and students who are currently on campus for essential use only.
All study spaces must be pre-booked.
Your study space is allocated by the system, limited to floor level when you book using our Space Bookings system - you are not able to choose a study room as an option when you book
. Disability Support rooms
are available to students who have an assessed need to access these spaces.
If you have symptoms of Covid-19 or have received a positive test result, you should self-isolate, book a Covid-19 test and inform the University - you must not visit the Library.
Please visit our webpages
for full details.
Cancelling your unwanted booking
If you have made a booking and you decide you don’t need it or are unable to attend, please cancel your booking to allow others to make use of it. We need you to do this as soon as you can to let other students use unwanted study space timeslots.
Simply go to the ‘My Bookings’ tab on the Space Bookings app
and cancel your booking.
To support our users requiring study spaces, we have introduced penalties to those who regularly do not use their booked slot.
If you ever need any help in cancelling a booking or have a genuine reason for not attending your booking, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
If you wish to return books, borrow books, or get help with a library enquiry, please see our Using the Library Guide
