As an Emerald author, can I include my article in my thesis or dissertation?
Modified on: Tue, 27 Apr, 2021 at 3:43 PM
Yes- an Emerald author can include the published version of their article within their printed thesis or dissertation, provided the thesis is not going to be commercially published (i.e. assigned an ISBN). If you must submit your thesis electronically, you may include the pre-print or accepted manuscript of your work (i.e. not the Publisher PDF).

If your thesis will be published commercially, or if you have further questions, please contact our Rights Team.
