Flora of New York/sn

Having spent the best part of a morning trying to figure out WHERE this was leaking a SPAN tag, I had to conclude it's too convoluted to be maintained. Please rewrite or simplify this template so it can be maintained by others. More complete documentation would also be helpful. Thanks. I've changed the way that I do synonym lists and have been slowly replacing the /sn templates with special-purpose templates for each taxon type. I'll put more effort into the change-over, but it will still take a while. Nonenmac (discuss • contribs) 21:53, 25 November 2023 (UTC)
