فارسی: بهشت زهرا نام بزرگ‌ترین آرامستان ایران است که در شهرستان ری واقع در جنوب تهران قرار دارد. فعالیت این آرامگاه رسماً در سال ۱۳۴۹ خورشیدی آغاز شد.
English: The 1987 Mecca incident was a clash between Shia pilgrim demonstrators and the Saudi Arabian security forces, during the Hajj pilgrimage; it occurred in Mecca on 31 July 1987 and led to the deaths of over 400 people. The event has been variously described as a "riot" or a "massacre".
العربية: أحداث حج مكة 1407هـ/1987م هي اشتباكات عنيفة وقعت في يوم الجمعة السادس من ذي الحجة 1407هـ الموافق لـ 31 يوليو 1987م في مكة المكرمة أثناء موسم الحج بين مجموعة من الحجاج الشيعة -غالبيتهم إيرانيون- وقوات الأمن السعودية. تباينت ردات الفعل تجاه الأحداث حيث يصفها المتعاطفون مع الجانب السعودي بأعمال الشغب و الإرهاب بينما يصف المتعاطفون مع الحجاج الشيعة الأحداث بالمجزرة. منذ 1981، اعتاد الإيرانيون على القيام بتظاهرات سنوية ضد إسرائيل وأمريكا رافعين شعارات الثورة الإسلامية في إيران والدعوة إلى الوحدة الإسلامية والعداء لـ "إسرائيل" في إيران، رافعين صور المسجد الأقصى والمسجد الحرام وصور الخميني .
