Русский: Нападение Англичан на Ставропигиальный Соловецкий Монастырь.

«1654 г. Июля 6-го дня, 8-м часу до полудня, два Английския парохода, подойдя к монастырю стали на якорь, тотчас настоятель монастыря, Александр по отслужении молебна, сделав крестный ход вокруг монастыря по стене ограды, сказал увещевание нижним чинам и живущим в монастыре, стать храбро за веру и Св. обитель, на другой день неприятель открыл канонаду продолжавшуюся 9 1/4 часов, ядрами, бомбами, гранатами, картечью и калёными Ядрами. с нашей стороны от стреливались 8-ю пушками с ограды монастыря, и Артиллерийскими 2-мя орудиями с батареи, где не приятель, не причинив никакого вреда с стыдом отплыл назад.»
