English: SAO TOME (Jan. 23, 2008) Chief Hospital Corpsman Chris Maurer demonstrates to Sao Tomain military personnel the procedure for inserting an intravenous drip into a person's vein. This training is part of Africa Partnership Station (APS), the Navy's new cooperative maritime strategy, and is a multi-national effort to bring the latest training and techniques to maritime professionals in nine West and Central African countries.
