I propose we remove the {{tq|Notification is to be posted in a subsection of AN for review, unless the topic is already authorized for 30/500 protection by the Arbitration Committee.}} requirement from ECP usage. The primary reason - it is not being done, and no one seems to care. There is a bot report that is transcluded to AN already ([[User:MusikBot/ECPMonitor/Report]]) and all of these protection actions are already clearly visible in the protection log.
