However, it's not clear to me if this was meant to apply to the list above entirely, and was added to the paid editing/COI part because it's at the end of the list, or because it's meant to be specific to paid/COI editing. The former might be intended, but the latter is how it parses by the location of placement. Which individual templates provide exceptions, and are they common enough to warrant such a broad qualification?
