Of four ANI's that started every one of them ended the same as yours - dismissed. If it helps, I have also witnessed the editor you reported acting in an unbecoming manner. I will give you some very recent links and you can see for yourself. Lets not give the editor any oxygen. The editor asked the closer at an AfD to [[Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/Jennifer_Mee_(3rd_nomination)|throw out four other editor's !votes]] and then directed the four !voters to their talk page. And then [[User_talk:Levivich#Jennifer_Mee|typed a incredibly tedious reply]]. I have enjoyed the contributions of this editor until very recently.
