Number 1 fails WP:SINGLEVENDOR. Most if not all of these sources are not specifically about the subject, but rather just a passing mention, and therefore do not establish notability. Per WP:MUSIC, charting on a national chart, such as the Billboard Hot 100, is sufficient to establish an artists's notability. Not only has this artist charted in the US, he has also charted internationally, in Canada; See [11] (#81 Canada, #90 US). That's plenty enough to make the guy notable in and of itself, though of course more thorough background from good sources is always desirable (and AMG has a biography which is serviceable as well). Would you prefer a cropped version of File:Jacob Sartorius (2), 2017.jpg to the current lead image? In my opinion, the cropped version is better (despite its seemingly lower resolution) due to the fact that it's a medium close-up. Sartorius was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Shortly after his birth, he was adopted and moved to Virginiabecause his birth parents were unable to take care of him. He was raised in Reston, Virginia by his adoptive parents. At age 7, Sartorius began acting in musicals, where he discovered his love for performing.

In 2014, Sartorius uploaded his first online video to Vine at 11 years old. The video, which was a message about anti-bullying, went viral and began his fame on social media. After regularly posting videos to Vine, Sartorius became mildly popular on the app. Later that year, Sartorius joined Musical.ly where his online fame took off. His lip-syncing videos on the app became very popular and led him to become one of the app's top stars with more than 8 million followers as of August 2016.

Sartorius believed social media offered him an escape from bullying, stating, "Before Musical.ly, I wasn't the most outgoing. The app helped me goof off. It's like no one is watching besides the camera." (2017) He discussed his experience of posting his first Vine and bullying.

In 2018, he partnered with Be Strong, an organization working towards bully prevention.

After rising to fame via social media, Sartorius signed with T3 Music Group and released his debut single "Sweatshirt" on May 3, 2016. This has noting to do with the fact that any user wants their photograph to be included in the infobox, but rather due to the fact that the image you are trying to use has previously been deleted from Commons due to copyright violations are multiple hits on search engines. I am in no doubt that this will be the case again, as it looks to have been taken by a professional photographer, perhaps for a magazine or online article. I am responding to a third opinion request for this page. I have made no previous edits on Jacob Sartorius and have no known association with the editors involved in this discussion. The third opinion process is informal and I have no special powers or authority apart from being a fresh pair of eyes.

Please see the guidance of WP:BIO WP:RELIABLE, WP:TONE, WP:WEASEL, WP:BIAS and WP:CRYSTAL BALL which covers this issue. The new sources covering musical successes are better and if some of the WP:OPINION (adjectives) about how big/great/phenomenal they were is toned down they are also incontestable meeting verifiable (WP:V). They are more reputable than the weasel-worded sources regarding the various allegations which need to be toned down to a hearsay level (i.e. highly controversial, unproven level) and put in a bland, vanilla way, avoiding anything that is alleged criminality as the subject of them is very much alive.
