• Oppose. I think Shaikh is his name, not a title! It's a mistake to think it's always a title (it's commonly used as a name too), so you'd need proof that it is. He's not a religious official or a tribal leader, where it might be a title. In any case, the correct disambiguator would be "air marshal", not "marshal", which is a higher rank. And finally, the Chief of the Air Staff of the Bangladesh Air Force is very obviously more notable than a footballer who appears to have made one professional appearance! -- Necrothesp (talk) 15:15, 16 June 2021 (UTC)
