Slava KPSS → Vyecheslav Mashnov – He has so many aliases, and it may be better to call the article "Vyecheslav Mashnov", that is what has been done for the article for Sean Combs (see discussion here), or if his full name is too long, "Slava Mashnov" may be used, "Slava" is a Russian-language shortening of the name. - Weak oppose Doesn't seem necessary from what I can tell. As the article states, Slava KPSS is his main alias, while the others are listed as having very specific uses. It also seems that many sources refer to him with this main alias, and the Russian version of this article also uses it - basically, it appears that Slava KPSS is his WP:COMMONNAME.
