The absurdly detailed NPP article review flowchart which I developed to guide new reviewers (Blue links are clickable but you have to navigate to the svg file or by using Bradv's amazing superlink script).

Activity level:
I am currently: Semi-retired. I'm rather busy with life and currently have no intentions of returning to regular editing. Ping me and I'll probably respond in a few days if you have a specific question or need help with something. Note that my time zone is New Zealand Standard Time.

Areas of interest edit

Main Roles: edit

Stuff I did occasionally: edit

About Me edit

I am an engineering geologist and an American ex-pat and for most of my life I have lived in New Zealand. My work off-wiki is geotechnical engineering and rope access.

In my dealings with other editors, I find it helpful to apply Hanlon's Razor before anything else.

I had a much older account when I was a teenager, which I lost access to (later restored). It is permanently inactive except for testing purposes.

I will usually respond relatively promptly if you ping me by name, as the system generates an email for me.

Random stuff: edit

This section is a hodgepodge of random stuff and/or links I find useful and/or funny. It is intentionally disorganised.

That was a poor joke about infinity - it didn't have an ending.

Science is the adjustment of belief based on what is observed.
Faith is the denial of observation, so that belief can be preserved.
Ideology is the denial of reality, despite observation, so that belief can be preserved.
