Midnight Oil - thanks edit

"Delerious is the correct title"

Actually "Delirious" is the correct title. Before correcting the typo, I tried to document the title and unfortunately wound up using a page called "Prestige Records Catalog: New Jazz/Status 8200/8300 series" which I foolishly accepted as an authoritative source, changing a small error into a large one.

Will Sandberg (talk) 01:04, 17 April 2020 (UTC)Reply

@Will Sandberg: No worries. Both Allmusic and the BSN discography I added after give "Delerious Trimmings", and a photo of the back of the original LP cover I found in a Google search confirms this. An unfortunate misspelling. Lester Mobley (talk) 02:17, 17 April 2020 (UTC)Reply

Disambiguation link notification for May 11 edit

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Phineas Newborn Jr., you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Sam Jones (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

1977 Vitous album edit

No idea what you mean by duplicate. If for some reason you think it's the same album as Majesty Music, it isn't. I'll let you fix it back if you want to. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.224.73.221 (talk) 05:33, 4 September 2020 (UTC)Reply

@67.224.73.221: In your [edit], you can see that you duplicated Majesty Music. I saw that and reverted, failing to notice the addition of Miroslav. Sorry about that. I have added it back. Lester Mobley (talk) 13:24, 4 September 2020 (UTC)Reply

Ah, I do see that now. Very strange, as I could have sworn I checked the page after editing and all looked OK. Anyway - all is well. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.224.73.221 (talk) 15:28, 4 September 2020 (UTC)Reply

Welcome, Dylan5068373! I appreciate that you mean well and want to contribute, but I have reverted your edits because they made the page worse: You have removed sources and introduced garbled text. Content on Wikipedia has to be supported by independent sources and should be written in correct, understandable English (on the English Wikipedia). It would be good to familiarize yourself with Wikipedia policies and guidelines before making any more edits, in particular, on reliable sources and competence. The link on your user talk page to the Teahouse provides a place for you to ask questions of more experienced editors. Lester Mobley (talk) 16:27, 4 March 2021 (UTC)Reply
