No List of postage stamps of India (post 2014) edit

I see List of postage stamps of India (2015-19) but it is a redirect. So we do not have lists post-2014? User4edits (talk) 17:08, 10 February 2024 (UTC)Reply

Currently not but it's in incubator. I am working on it. I have sandbox lists. 2015 & (2021–2025) and will create it very soon. Snehrashmi (talk) 09:41, 11 February 2024 (UTC)Reply
@User4edits
I need a guidance. Actually, the delay in post-2014 is because of the no-uniformity of the lists. I made the initial list articles as per decade. But since 2000, the number of postage stamps released every year has been increasing, so I want to make a list after 2000 as per every five years, eg. 2001-05, 2006-10, 2011-15, 2016-20 and 2021-25 in order to maintain uniformity. But there are existing lists which are not in uniform chain. (eg. 2000-04, 2005-09, 2010-14) That's why I'm stuck here.
Give me guidance. May I move these (eg. 2000-04, 2005-09, 2010-14) as per 2001-05, 2006-10, 2011-15. It will easy for me to create next series 2016-20 and 2021-25. Snehrashmi (talk) 10:01, 11 February 2024 (UTC)Reply
I think from 1951-1960 to 1991-2000 it is in well ordered list by decade, what we can do is we can
  • merge 2001-2004 and 2005-2010 into 2001-2010,
  • carry on from 2011-2020
* and so on 2021-2030
apart from this we will also need to put 2000s stamp together in 1991-2000 list, as currently 2000 is in 1991-2000 and 2000-2004.
Let me know your thoughts.
Also, I am new to Philately as a hobby, so are there any reliable sellers/from where should I source philatelic items apart from epostoffice (I am not considering PDA account as of now) Thanks, User4edits (talk) 10:20, 11 February 2024 (UTC)Reply
@Nizil, I need your help regarding above discussion. Let me help to design the post 2000s stamp series articles. Snehrashmi (talk) 03:23, 12 February 2024 (UTC)Reply
If lists are not getting too long, it is easier to go with decade articles like 2001-10. How should I help exactly?- Nizil (talk) 06:36, 12 February 2024 (UTC)Reply
Thanks for the reply. The number of postage stamps releasing every year has been steadily increasing since 2000. Usually, 50 to 60 postage stamps are being released every year,(e.g. List of postage stamps of India (2010–2014)) excluding the Covid period. In this situation 450 to 500 rows will be required in the article according to the decade. Snehrashmi (talk) 02:58, 15 February 2024 (UTC)Reply
Any updates on lists?- Nizil (talk) 08:02, 23 February 2024 (UTC)Reply
Yes, I decided to go with 5 years articles. the existing lists (2000–04), (2005–09) and (2010–14) will be moved to (2001–05), (2006–10) and (2011–15) respectively and updated accordingly and the remain chain (2016-20) and (2021-25) will also be completed very soon. Once I complete the updates on existing article will let you know to help me to redirect. Snehrashmi (talk) 03:17, 24 February 2024 (UTC)Reply
@Nizil, Articles are ready to move. Snehrashmi (talk) 12:02, 5 March 2024 (UTC)Reply
  Done. Thank you for hard work.- Nizil (talk) 05:34, 6 March 2024 (UTC)Reply
Another suggestion is too have a separate column for series names which will result in fewer rows. I will do one such change in User:Snehrashmi/sandbox/List of postage stamps of India (2011-15) for example. Do this if it seem better.-Nizil (talk) 06:43, 12 February 2024 (UTC)Reply
