Harry Styles is an English singer from Holmes Chapel, Cheshire. Formerly a member of one of the best-selling boy bands, One Direction, Styles emerged as a solo artist following the band's indefinite hiatus. He has since released two studio albums, Harry Styles (2017) and Fine Line (2019), both of which became commercially successful. His first single, "Sign of the Times," topped the UK Singles Chart. His singles "Watermelon Sugar" and "As it Was" have also topped the UK Singles Chart and the US Billboard Hot 100, with "As it Was" debuting at number 1 on both charts. Styles has written tracks on all three of his studio albums: Harry Styles, Fine Line, and Harry's House. Styles has also written songs for One Direction, Ariana Grande, and numerous other artists. He is the recipient of numerous awards, including a Brit Award, a Grammy Award, and an American Music Award. Outside music, he has starred in Christopher Nolan's 2017 film, Dunkirk, and is known for his flamboyant fashion.
