Reason: I was trying to verify an open web proxy claim on 216.239.38.136, but when I went to the claimed URL, http://www.google.com/gwt/n and entered the address http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Mypage to get the IP address, I found the IP 64.233.172.1 . The address was used for harassment of Czech users (it may be the "vandal with a grudge"). According to WhoIs, the IP belongs to a US provider, but the user posts in Czech. - Mike Rosoft (talk) 17:58, 18 February 2010 (UTC)
