Narasimheswara Sarma, Hon’ble Baiya, B.A., B.L., Rao Bahadur, (1909); Vakil, Madras; b. 1867; passed B.A., 1886; entered Government service and was District Munsift for a few years; passed B.L., 1892; resigned and enrolled himself as Vakil and commenced practice in Vizagapatam, about 1893; owns extensive landed property in and around Vizagapatam; a staunch friend of the progressive party in India; represented the north erngroup of Municipalities in the Madras Legislative Council before and is now a nominated Member of that body; set up practice in Madras, 1912; Member of the Congress Deputation to England, 1914; President, 21st Madras Provincial Conference held at Nellore, 1915.
